Overview:
You play as a 27 year old virgin with no job and motivation, living with his roommate. He’s bored in his life, has no friends to hangout with, can’t get a proper job and is now too old and unmotivated to try a new course. He knows he needs a reason to go out to escape his mundane life and he finds that in a crazy idea from his roommate. Will following that idea change his life for the better? Well, let’s find out!

The Badboy Friend is a slice of life adult visual novel. The first season will focus on the male protagonist getting the hang of being a fake boyfriend for hire for ladies. And the much shorter second season will focus on him finding his true love because of it.

Dev Notes:

Hi. Took me a whole year to come up with this small update. One of the main reason being that I am a lazy bum. I learnt a lot of things while making this update, including learning renpy from scratch. I learnt that creating an adult vn isn’t as simple as pasting a bunch of renders to a bunch of codes. You can notice my journey of trying new styles while playing this small update. I got better with planning, dialogues. I went from 1 blurry render per day to rendering smartly and neatly.

Finally, I came up with a rendering process with which I can do much better and faster rendering, even with my old laptop. I hope to learn more with future updates. And now I am much more confident in giving faster and frequent updates. Thank you everyone, especially the F95zone forum for helping a noob like me with simple to complex renpy codes.

Future Updates – Next five updates in the game will be our MC meeting different customers, in need of his services. It will be upto you, how you want to help them and establish yourself as a professional trash bf. Once that is done, the game will focus on its romance path with the female lead.
